Team Number: Most teams will have a fixed number to keep for the whole season; a single figure number denotes a top finisher from one of the three age categories in the previous season. For reference, see the 2002 list of numbers. Team numbers in parentheses indicate more than one team used that number during 2002, as there were only 40 spaces on the lap counting equipment.
Inclusion in this table does not necessarily mean that the teams listed qualified for PC3 at every race at which they were present.
'2003' column indicates the single-digit number the team will hold for duration of 2003 season, if applicable. Single-digit numbers are only assigned to the top finishers in each age class; most other teams will carry the same number as in 2002.
